Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • We accept returns only for damaged or faulty products. Items must be unwashed, unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with a short video and pictures, to:

  • Refunds or exchanges for products you simply do not like will not be entertained, though you may contact us for case review.

  • Refunds/exchanges will be processed within 7 working days after verification.

  • Customers must return items via traceable courier or registered post at their own expense. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Color variations are not eligible for return/exchange unless a specific color was requested and paid for.

  • Do not put tape or stickers on manufacturer’s packaging.

  • Items returned in inadequate condition may be sent back to the customer.

  • All returns must be coordinated via email or WhatsApp, as we do not have a physical store.

Warranty Policy

  • Warranty claims depend on the individual product.

  • Not all products include a warranty; if available, it will be clearly mentioned in the product description.

Using Kidz Vista

  1. Users must be at least 18 years old or guided by a parent/guardian.

  2. Comments and reviews are allowed unless they are illegal, obscene, defamatory, spam, or infringe on intellectual property. Views expressed are those of the poster, not Kidz Vista.

  3. Registration may be required for certain features. Users must provide accurate personal information and keep it updated.

  4. Users are responsible for their account passwords and activity. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

  5. Kidz Vista may terminate accounts, cancel orders, or modify content at its discretion.

  6. We are not liable for damages resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms.

Order Confirmation for High-Value Orders

  • Orders Rs. 10,000 or more may require advance payment for first-time customers.

  • Verified returning customers with a history of successful orders may proceed without advance payment.

  • Advance payments are made to the bank account provided by Kidz Vista.

Content and Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including images, descriptions, videos, and promotional material, is original or provided by vendors. Unauthorized duplication is strictly prohibited.

  • If intellectual property rights are violated, contact us immediately for investigation.

  • Use of logos, trademarks, or any brand material without written permission is prohibited.

Order Pricing and Acceptance

  1. Kidz Vista may cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

  2. Products are supplied by our trusted vendors. Kidz Vista manages order processing and delivery, ensuring your items reach you safely and on time. Inventory may be shipped directly from the vendor or via Kidz Vista, depending on product availability.

  3. Prices include all applicable taxes and are regularly updated.

Personal Information & Privacy

  • Customer data is confidential and never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

  • Information is stored securely and processed for order fulfillment and optional marketing communications.

  • Customers can update or delete personal information and opt-out of marketing at any time.

Promotions, Deals & Offers

  • Promotional offers have time limits and specific rules, which will be clearly communicated.
