Returns & Refunds Policy

At Kidz Vista, we want you and your little ones to be completely happy with your order. We gladly accept returns or exchanges only for items received in a damaged or faulty condition.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be unwashed, unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Any complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with a short video and pictures.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds or exchanges for products you simply do not like will not be entertained, but you may contact us to review your case.

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 working days, provided the returned product matches the one originally ordered.

  • Refunds will be made to your bank account within 7 working days if payment was made in advance and we were unable to fulfill your order. Please share your bank details with your return request.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise via traceable courier or registered post. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.

  • If a product is returned in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

  • Colors of products may vary slightly; color differences are not eligible for return or exchange unless a specific color was requested and paid for.

Return Address for Kidz Vista:
Since we do not have a physical store, all returns should be coordinated with us first via email or WhatsApp. Our team will provide instructions for sending the item back safely.
